Whether you come to us in summer or winter, for active or passive relaxation, we believe that you will enjoy your stay to the fullest. The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Nižná Boca, in the beautiful natural surroundings of picturesque Liptov.

We are here for you all year round, with a maximum capacity of 4 adults and 2 smaller children. We recommend the accommodation of one family so that everyone can enjoy the feeling of privacy and sufficient comfort. A dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, with the possibility of preparing your own tasty meals, is available in the common areas of the accommodation. You can use a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer and a toaster. You will relax and spend time together in a cozy common room with a tiled stove. You have at your disposal a smart TV with Magio TV, a WIFI connection, and a radio with bluetooth.
In the evening, you rest your tired heads in the fragrant pillows and duvets in the bedrooms upstairs. We have prepared 2 pleasantly furnished bedrooms for you. In the bedroom on the right there is a comfortable double bed with a bed for a child up to 10 years old. In the bedroom on the left you will find a double bed with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for a child. From the balcony, you will enjoy the view of the beautiful Liptov forests and listen to the babbling of the mountain stream, to which you have private access.
In the exterior, you have garden seating, a grill, a pot for goulash, and sticks for roasting. In the summer months, there is a children's playground, a parasol, and deckchairs for relaxing. Parking for your cars is provided directly when you stay in the shelter.
Thanks to the beautiful surrounding nature, you can make your stay with us more pleasant with a lot of walks, even more demanding hikes. In the summer months, you can devote yourself to mushroom picking, picking forest fruits or undisturbed rest and relaxation in the garden part of the accommodation with the possibility of grilling and roasting. In the winter months, after skiing or a snowy walk, you can enjoy romance by the fireplace. There are also several popular attractions nearby, don't forget to visit the observation tower Krajčov vrch Nižná Boca, the Miner's House and mining tunnel in Vyšná Boca or the Liptov caves. If you like water, the nearby water park Tatralandia, Bešeňová, or the Liptovská Mara water reservoir is located nearby. In winter, you can enjoy perfect skiing on the slopes of Vyšná Boca, Čertovica, or Jasná. The cottage is an excellent starting point for trips around Liptov, but you can also jump to the High or Low Tatras.
