A cozy holiday home with a swimming pool is located 13 km from the district town of Žilina. It offers accommodation in a separate house with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, a large terrace and a garden with perfect privacy.
The house has 4 bedrooms with the following distribution of beds:
1st bedroom - 1x double bed 180 x 200 cm
2nd bedroom - 1x double bed 180 x 200 cm, one cot
3rd bedroom - 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed
4th bedroom - 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed + raised bed for 2 children (load capacity approx. up to 80 kg)
The kitchen is fully equipped for 12 people, there is dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster...
A washing machine is also available if needed. Underfloor heating will provide heat, and a beautiful tiled stove in the living room can also serve as a supplement.

For those who like to move, there is a small fitness center with equipment such as a treadmill, stationary bike, stepper, training bench and more. Entertainment will also be provided by a flat-screen TV, a multifunctional game table with billiards, football, air hockey, books, board games, and musical talents can strum the guitar or play the electric keyboard.
