Villa Svorad is located in a beautiful environment under the Chočské hills in the picturesque Liptov village of Prosiek. A calm and quiet environment combined with comfortable accommodation and a great location close to all Liptov attractions guarantees a vacation full of active rest and relaxation. Only 500 meters from the villa is the entrance to the famous Prosiecka and Kvačianska valleys. Liptovská Mara (2 km) and the thermal swimming pools Gino Paradise Bešeňová and Aquapark Tatralandia (8 km) are also nearby.

Comfortable accommodation is available for guests in 5 double rooms of a smaller family guesthouse, with the possibility of an extra bed. The capacity is 18 beds + 12 extra beds. Each room is equipped with satellite TV, free WiFi connection and private bathroom with shower and toilet. For families and larger groups, there are two family rooms with a capacity of 4 to 6 people, each with two double rooms and a bathroom.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious common room with a fireplace, TV with satellite reception, radio and CD/DVD player. There is also a relaxation area with billiards, table tennis and a children's corner. Guests can use a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area to prepare meals. Relaxation is also possible on the summer terrace or in the gazebo with grill. Children will have fun on the playground with climbing frames, swings, a trampoline and a sandbox. Parking is provided free of charge right next to the building.
