In the village of Papradno at the foot of the Javorníky mountain range, the Ski Podjavorník ski resort is located. This place is especially sought after by locals, but its quality services can be compared with larger ski resorts. In the Ski Podjavorník area, the pistes are served by 3 ski lifts. Even less experienced skiers can ski on 2 km of easy to moderately difficult downhill tracks. The longest track is illuminated, so you can also enjoy skiing in the evening. Cross-country trails have been built around the resort, along which you can reach the ridge highway Portáš - Bumbálka. There are free parking lots right next to the resort. The Ski Podjavorník ski resort also offers visitors the option of refreshments. In the lower part of the center there is a buffet with a covered terrace. While enjoying food and drinks, you can enjoy the view of the ski slope. You can also order the daily menu in the nearby restaurant of the Podjavorník mountain hotel.
