Fully equipped, fully furnished and a few years ago completely renovated 4-room house on the outskirts of the city. Beautiful backyard with gazebo, wood-fired grill, hot tub, and outdoor seating. Shared bathroom with toilet and huge shower. 2x TV, complete equipment from washing machine with dryer to iron to hair dryer, dishwasher, etc. Parking for three cars. A minute from the house by car there is a restaurant with a lunch menu. Small groceries two minutes away by car. The city center is four minutes away by car.
