Description of the attraction

The Slovak Paradise National Park offers visitors a number of hiking trails on which you can explore the beautiful corners of Slovak nature. Tourists will find many marked routes for hiking and cycling, and there are many tourist centers available. One of the most sought-after places that Slovak Paradise offers is Tomášovský vyhádů, from which you can see a view beyond its borders. Tomášovské vyhádí is a rocky cliff with a terrace shape, which is located near Spišské Tomášovec. It is accessible from several sides and you will literally have the whole world under your feet. In good weather, you can see as far as the Hornáda gorge and the peaks of the High Tatras. The rock wall is 200 meters high and mostly vertical. It therefore also serves as a place for mountaineering training and rock climbing competitions. You can get to the Tomášovský view from Spišské Tomášovice, from where the easiest route leads, also suitable for children and seniors. You will have to overcome only 1.5 km and the green hiking trail will take you to the place. It is also accessible by bicycle from Spišské Tomášoviec.
