Description of the attraction

An important center for tourism and winter sports, Donovaly is also the starting point for hikes to Veľká Fatra and the Low Tatras. Donovaly is divided into two parts. The larger and more important of them is called Nová Hoľa, the smaller Záhradište. You can enjoy skiing here on 19 slopes of varying difficulty, which are suitable for both beginners and advanced skiers. The slopes are served by 14 lifts and 2 cable cars. For fans of cross-country skiing, there are several tracks in the vicinity, the resort also has a ski equipment rental shop and a ski school. When you've had your fill of licks, there's also fun on the toboggan bobsleigh track and ice rink waiting for you in the complex.
