The twelve-meter-long and 2.5-meter-wide Mučín Cave is a popular excursion spot for local residents. You should not miss this unique natural feature during your visit to this location. The Mučín Cave is located in a mountainous environment near the village of Mučín and its age is estimated at 19 million years. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it was created by the weathering of a fallen charred tree, which was covered by volcanic ash in the past. The path to the cave is not difficult, it is lined with several information boards. From the village of Mučín, it is only necessary to walk a 3 km section along the forest road. The Mučín Cave offers a place to rest, near which you can sit on wooden benches.
