The picturesque Turčianska kotlina certainly has a lot to offer visitors. Here you can enjoy a rich spa life, admire the tourist attractions and the past of the region. Each village has its own character, history and monuments. The mansion in Diviaky has its place among them. The mansion in Diviaky is located in the Turčianske Teplice district in the Diviaky district. It was built in the second half of the 17th century by order of František Platthy. After him, it got its second name — Platthyovský manor. After František's death, the manor house in Diviaki was renovated, which gave it a baroque character. The last owner was Count Pongrác, in 1946 the mansion became state property. It currently serves as a depository office of the Slovak National Library and is not accessible to the public. The mansion in Diviaki can be admired from the outside by visitors to the spa town and tourists. Its beautiful exterior and landscaped surroundings are ideal for pleasant, relaxing walks.
