ATTENTION: The swimming pool is out of service in the months of October to May.

The guest house is a 100-year-old villa located in Podbrezová in the Kolkáreň district. As the gateway to Horehronie, Podbrezová offers a strategic location, and directly from the house you can reach Tále, Krpáčovo and Mýto pod Ďumbierom within 20 minutes by car and the Chopok Juh resort in 25 minutes. You can also find the Bystrian Cave, the Černohronská železnice station and a number of hiking and cycling routes in the nearby area.
The guest house itself was designed as a place for families with children or groups of friends to relax.

The house offers 4 separate rooms with their own bathrooms (one of which is a 2-room apartment ), shared dining room, kitchen and living room.
On the ground floor there is a separate children's play area, 1 room, kitchen, living room with wood stove, dining room and shared toilet.
In the basement there is an infrared sauna and a cellar for communal sitting.
Upstairs in the lobby with a large French balcony, there is a 6-foot pool table. There are also three other separate rooms on the floor, one of which is actually a 2-room apartment.
A desk and a chair are available in each room. The house has 4 LED TVs with Internet TV and Netflix and 2 bluetooth speakers.
There is also Stiga hockey, darts, a retro games console with 3000 games from the 90s, board games and books.
Internet is available throughout the space .
Parking for 4 cars in the yard.

On the lower terrace near the house there is a gas grill, gazebo, hot tub, basketball hoop.
On the upper terrace there is a heated 8-meter swimming pool, another gazebo with seating and deck chairs.
There is also a children's playground , soccer goals, ping-pong table, children's bow, volleyball net, badminton and of course all the necessary equipment for the sports.
