The cottage in the Valley of the Sun is situated in a beautiful, quiet forest environment of the recreation area Slnečné udolie, located in the beautiful nature under the ridge of the Little Carpathians, at a distance of approximately 5 km from the village of Limbach.

Enjoy a great rest in the circle of your family, friends or colleagues and enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature of the forest as well as the pleasant atmosphere and peaceful surroundings of the cottage, which predestinate it for spending an exceptional family holidays and unique friendly, family and educational stays. Right from the cottage, you can connect to several hiking and cycling trails, which, among other things, will take you to the peak of Pezinská Baba. You can also enjoy your free time by picking mushrooms or picking forest fruits. You won't even have far to Pezinok or Modra, where you can enjoy several types of high-quality Slovak wines. In the winter season, winter sports lovers will also enjoy themselves, who can use the services of the nearby Pezinská Baba ski resort.

We offer you comfortable accommodation all year round in a completely renovated and newly furnished recreation cottage, which is adapted for comfortable accommodation of 13 people. Since the cottage is rented to only one separate group of guests, you are guaranteed maximum privacy during your stay.

In the cottage you have 4 cozy bedrooms, equipped with bunk beds in addition to single beds (one 4-bed and three 3-bed rooms). .

For pleasant relaxation, a large common room with a tiled stove and a comfortable sofa set, which also includes a dining area with seating for 13 to 15 people. The common room is also very well-sound. To prepare your own meals, you can use the fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and complete kitchenware with accessories. To ensure the comfort of the guests, the cottage is equipped with two bathrooms with showers and toilets.

Accommodated guests can also have a pleasant rest by the outdoor fireplace with seating, with the possibility of cooking a delicious pot stew. Parking for 3 of your cars is provided right next to the cottage, while a large parking lot is also available 50 meters from it. Due to the peaceful environment and other cottages in the vicinity, our cottage is NOT suitable for noisy parties and other similar activities.
