Discover and enjoy the fabulous atmosphere of Martinské holé with us. The Martinka Cottage is located just a few steps from the ski lift and ski slopes of the Martinka Winter Park. The excellent location will ensure that you will always be among the first on the slope. The well-known ski resort offers up to 12 slopes of various difficulties and you can also enjoy a good dose of adrenaline in the Snowboard & free style arena. After a hike or skiing, you will definitely feel very welcome to warm up in the sauna and jacuzzi, and relax your body and mind.

We are happy to accommodate you all year round in the Martinka Cottage, where you have a separate apartment on the 1st floor. Our accommodation provides quality facilities for active leisure activities and space for spending time with family and friends. The apartment has 8 fixed beds and 1 extra bed in the form of a sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for you, which also serves as a dining room. You can cook your own meals using an electric stove, electric oven, combination refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle.

The kitchen area is complemented by wooden tables with chairs and benches for sitting. You can store food and drinks in a large, cool pantry. Another common area is the living room, where you can relax on a comfortable sofa bed, for example while watching TV or playing board games. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the third has two bunk beds. To refresh yourself, you can use two bathrooms with showers and toilets. There is also a cot in the apartment.

You will certainly be pleased with the ski room with a large-capacity ski boot dryer, which is located in the common entrance hall of the chalet. The accommodation price already includes entry to the private wellness area, where you can recharge your batteries in the Finnish sauna and jacuzzi (two-person). You can also make your stay with us more enjoyable by cooking a real kettle goulash or grilling. You can drive to the cottage and, after unloading your luggage, park in the parking lot at the resort (approx. 50 m). In the winter months, it is recommended to have snow chains in your car.

Martinky is a ski paradise, but there are opportunities for rest and relaxation here all year round. For those who are keen on sports, there is a whole range of options in the Turčianska kotlina, from swimming to cycling, winter sports to skikiting. There is a ridge near the cottage, approximately 200 meters above sea level, and then you just have to choose a direction and enjoy hikes to Minčol, Vidlica, Veterné, Skalka or Humience. An 8 km long road also offers fun, which can be used to ride on all-terrain scooters in the summer (skiing in the winter under favorable conditions) all the way to Martinky. You can get back to the resort by secured via ferrata trails or hiking trails. Also indulge in nature and walks and in the summer, pick mushrooms or forest fruits - especially blueberries and cranberries.

Tips for hikes:
1. From Krížava to Skalka on the green trail to Turia, (Kobylie signpost) from the green to the blue trail is Čipčie (a place where the people of Žilina like to barbecue),
2. Veľká lúka on the blue trail to Kunerád,
3. From Veterný to Kunerád on the yellow trail,
4. From Minčol to Višňový on the blue trail or to Karvaš and Bláhovec or through Saračníky to Strečno, on the red trail through the Polom to Nezbudská lúčka and Strečno,
5. Veľká lúka, Vidlica, Humience, Bystrička.
