Chata Mariam, hidden near Oščadnica and near the forest, is an ideal retreat for families, groups of friends and everyone who longs for nature.
We are happy to open the doors of our Chata Mariam to you all year round. This newly built wooden house boasts modern furniture and promises a comfortable stay for 6 guests.
The outdoor terrace of the cottage will bring moments of peace with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, all with a view of the clean mountain air. A grill and a kettle are waiting for you here, as well as equipment for football, volleyball and tennis, so that you can also enjoy sports during your stay. You will relax perfectly in the bathtub, while the children will have fun on the playground. A tennis court awaits you right next to the cottage, and the basement space is used for storing skis. Your vehicles will find a place right in front of the cottage.
On the ground floor of the cottage you will discover the heart of the home, where shared moments come to life on a comfortable couch sitting next to a TV with satellite reception. The kitchenette will welcome you with a fireplace, ceramic hob, microwave oven and everything you need, including a dishwasher.
Upstairs you will find two 3-bed bedrooms with double and single beds, both of which lead to the balcony. The cottage also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, while WiFi connection is a matter of course.
If you want to explore, visit the Museum of the Kysuck Village in Vychylovka, enjoy a ride on the historic forest railway, the Kysuck Museum in Čadc or the Slovak Astronomical Clock. The surrounding area also offers swimming pools and beautiful hiking trails of the Kysucké Beskydy. The winter season attracts skiers to the Oščadnica Sports Center and the Veľká Rača Snowparadise.
All-day meals can be ordered in a nearby boarding house, and a hotel for dogs is available for pets. We are already looking forward to your visit to Chata Mariam, where an unforgettable stay in the middle of nature awaits you.
