Chata Baločka offers accommodation with a capacity of 8 people all year round. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a fireplace and a utility room. In the living room there is a folding sofa with the possibility of bed arrangement for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: kitchen unit with dishes and cutlery, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, dining table for 6-8 people. In the utility room there is a washing machine with a dryer, an electric boiler and shelves. A large TV is a matter of course.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with a toilet. Two rooms have double beds and a TV. The third room intended for children is equipped with a folding bed. In addition to the shower, the upper bathroom also has a bathtub.
The cottage is fenced, there is an outdoor seating area, a fireplace for evening roasting, as well as a charcoal grill.
Newly built chalet Baločka (approval 12/2019) is located on the edge of the village of Čierny Balog under the Low Tatras, right in the center of the ski resort Urbanov vrch, in the district of Brezno, only 200 m from the lift. Beginners as well as advanced skiers will come to their senses here. The famous Montenegrin Railway runs nearby, which children will especially enjoy. You can discover the beauty of the Lesnícke open-air museum and we recommend visiting the Bystrian Cave, the Cave of Dead Bats, ascents to the Ďumbier or Chopok hill. Nature lovers can go to the Predajniansky waterfalls, to Klenovský Vepor, Hrb, or to the Zbojská mountain hut with the opportunity to buy excellent homemade buns. You can also have fun at the nearby Sihla, as well as picking mushrooms and forest fruits. In summer, you can swim at the swimming pool in Podbrezová or in the water reservoir Krpáčovo.
