In today's era full of technology, gradual industrialization of cities, hectic life and fast passing time, we bring you a unique project for the recreation of soul and mind. Our "back to the roots" ideology will take you back in time to a time when people did not know technology and used the gifts of nature and the surrounding environment for their lives.


We are fans of the beautiful romantic Slovak countryside and traditional life as well as the history of the Slovak people and folklore. We want to share this idea with you and thus remember the life of our ancestors, create a relationship with nature, get to know its nooks and crannies and learn to love history and traditions.


Our project cannot be specifically specified, and at the same time it has many names, such as a view house, a house on a raven's leg, a cottage, a maid's house, a baby jaga house, a traditional wooden house... You can call this house whatever you want, but we will try to make it as close to you as possible. you could imagine what awaits you when you become fans of our project. It is a traditional house, but situated at a height on a sloping plot, which enhances the view of the surrounding scenery.

On a plot of approx. 2500 m2, there is a fenced part with an area of approximately 1000 m2, which is fully at your disposal. There is a parking space in the fenced area for possible parking of your vehicle. In a lower position there is a covered gazebo with seating and an outdoor fireplace, right next to the gazebo there is a built-in fireplace with benches and a kettle for cooking goulash or dishes of your own imagination. For greater comfort, you have prepared the necessary amount of wood or charcoal so that you can fully enjoy your stay. Below the level of the fireplace, there is an easily accessible resting area, swings for children, or you can invite friends - believers of sleeping under the open sky, to set up a tent and so you can spend pleasant moments in the circle of friends and acquaintances.

The cottage itself is built on nine solid pillars at a height of more than 3.5 meters, which you can reach using a solid wooden staircase. The entire floor has an area of 30 m2, of which the cottage itself has a floor area of 16 m2, it consists of one room and a hygienic corner. And an "L" shaped terrace with a floor area of 14m2. The terrace is enclosed by a railing for greater safety. Here you can enjoy morning coffee, breakfast or just watch the surrounding romantic scenery, sunrise or sunset, stars, full moon, forest animals. Terrace seating offers all these possibilities.

The cottage itself provides full comfort for your comfort with its equipment. It is fully insulated - in the colder months you will appreciate the romantic gas stove, which will allow you to adjust the temperature in the cottage according to your needs. The possibility of sleeping is solved with two beds. There is a spacious bed for two adults on the ground floor and another full-size bed for two adults on the first floor. Since the upper floor occupies only about half of the entire floor area, there is a built-in railing for greater safety, especially for children during sleep. In the interior, you can use a table with two chairs, a fully equipped rustic sideboard in which you will find everything you need to prepare food, including a gas stove.


Since you came here to build interpersonal relationships and experience romance, the electricity in the cottage is an emergency. This means that it is used for lighting the interior or for charging your mobile phones and laptops.
