Apartment ANNA is situated in the picturesque surroundings of the foothill village of Dúbrava near Liptovský Mikuláš, near the sought-after thermal pools in the Bešeňová Water Park and the largest Slovak water world - Aquapark Tatralandia.

We offer pleasant accommodation all year round in a separate two-story apartment located in the garden part of the owners' family house with a total with a capacity of 8 beds. Two comfortably furnished bedrooms are available to guests, each of which has a storage space for clothes and 4 comfortable beds with ready-made fragrant duvets and fluffy pillows.

Guests can spend pleasant time with family or friends in two common rooms. One is located on the ground floor and its equipment includes a warm air fireplace, a TV with satellite reception and a large dining table. The second room with a traditional wooden seating area and a sofa bed can be found in the corridor of the attic part of the building. You can prepare your favorite rich breakfast or dinner in the shared fully equipped kitchen, equipped with an electric stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. Two new bathrooms and two separate toilets (especially for men and especially for ladies) are also available to all guests in the apartment. There is also a free Wi-Fi internet connection.

The outside landscaped garden area with a gazebo, garden swing, trampoline, fireplace, fire pit and sitting area is perfect for spending your free time pleasantly with the possibility of grilling sausages, vegetables or cooking a tasty pot stew. Adults and children can have fun playing football, badminton, volleyball or darts throughout their stay here. Convenient parking for 3 cars is provided right next to the property.

Thanks to its excellent location in a pleasant, quiet environment with the surrounding beautiful nature of the Low Tatras and many hiking and cycling trails, this place is a guarantee of a vacation full of rest, relaxation, and active sports enjoyment. During your stay in Liptov, you can fully enjoy not only swimming, but also boating, surfing, fishing or a romantic sightseeing boat trip on the nearby Liptovská Mara.
