This brand new, modernly furnished cottage, completed in the spring of 2023, it was designed with respect for the surrounding landscape to blend perfectly with the natural beauty of this location. For those who are looking for peace and escape from the everyday hustle and bustle, the Cottage is ready to provide a haven full of well-being and comfort.

Accommodation offers space for 2 to 10 people in two comfortably furnished bedrooms, which are located on the 2nd floor and are accessible from the central corridor. Each bedroom is equipped with up to four beds and offers the possibility of adding a cot or an extra bed, while complete bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

For maximum comfort, there is a spacious bathroom on the ground floor with a modern walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. and dryer. Another smaller bathroom with a shower is located on the 1st floor, which will ensure that there are no queues in the morning.

The entire cottage is equipped with electric underfloor heating, which ensures warmth and comfort in the colder months, while a fireplace in the living area adds to the atmosphere.

Parking is possible directly at the cottage with capacity for up to four cars. In winter, when access can be more complicated due to snow, parking is possible by the main road, which is approximately 200 meters from the cottage.

The cottage is equipped with everything needed for cooking, including basic food such as sugar, salt, flour and coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven with grill, refrigerator and automatic delonghi coffee machine.

For relaxation and social moments, the living area is equipped with a folding sofa set, smart TV, WiFi and board games. There is a children's corner full of toys for the little ones and there is a playground outside.
