We offer a cozy apartment for 6 to 8 people on the first floor (please note that the building is not wheelchair accessible). The apartment is independent, but has a common yard with Perník's cottage. Guests can rent the apartment separately or in combination with the cottage, where we have a total capacity for up to 20 people. The apartment has two triple bedrooms, each with a TV and, of course, Wi-Fi access. The common room with kitchenette offers a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 2 people. The kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, gas stove, kettle and other necessary things.

The storage spaces are designed so that you can hide all your things in a large closet in the hallway. The toilet is located in the bathroom with shower. We can rent equipment for babies, party games and also various sports equipment, including bicycles.

There is a gazebo with outdoor seating and a fireplace, as well as wooden swings for children and adults. There is a slide and a ladder ready for children, as well as party games that they can borrow. You can also rent a grill or stew pot from us. In addition to table tennis, there is also darts available in a special game room.

Our new feature is an open-air swimming pool with a whirlpool and a whirlpool for 6 people. You can enjoy relaxation in it all year round because it has its own heating. We provide a hot tub for a fee.

The parking lot has a capacity for 6 cars, of which you can park three in front of the cottage and the rest in the lockable, illuminated yard.
